<p>TORONTO (December 15, 2011) – The 23rd annual Dragon Ball, one of the largest Chinese New Year celebrations in North America and benefit gala organized by Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation, was officially launched this evening with a lighting ceremony to herald the arrival of the Year of the Dragon.</p>
